Ikebana (生け花) flower arrangement rest-shop is a gentle, hands-on experience in Japanese flower arranging, guided by mindfulness and intentionality. You’ll take home your own Ikebana flower arrangement, along with a flower frog (kenzan).

No tech skills? No problem. We’ll walk you through everything step-by-step in a cozy space, just bring your curiosity! We’ll provide all the tools, guidance, and good vibes

This is a separatist coding club for people who fall somewhere on the queer spectrum, in order to create a social space different from what you might find at work or at school. No level of coding skills required, newbies very welcome! But please note that the organizers are not facilitating a coding class. Everyone is bringing their own projects. Questions, helping each other and chit chat is encouraged. Drop by for an hour or the whole day. We will provide snacks, bring your own laptop.

If you’d like to be part of a project in SOFTER Lab but don’t feel ready to host a workshop on your own, or if you’d prefer to collaborate, you can to join someone else’s project. Feel free to join with an already existing idea or to come and be inspired on the day!
