Digital workshop: INTL x SOFTER

Explore soft, open-source, community-built digital tools with us and INTL — offering an alternative to the current landscape of creative tech.

Explore soft, open-source, community-built digital tools with us and INTL — offering an alternative to the current landscape of creative tech.

Open-source tools include custom typography editors, visual effects renderers (dithering, pixelating, gradients etc.) and drum machines, just to name a few.

We’ll also foster open dialogue, encouraging you to carry this mindset into your creative practice beyond the workshop and to reimagine how technology can embody care, curiosity, and collaboration.

No design or coding experience necessary.

SOFTER Sunday

We’re at the peak of summer, the drought has finally ended, the bugs are buzzing, everything is lush and green and SOFTER is delighted to welcome you all back at The Bunker for the first SOFTER Sunday — an afternoon of sharing knowledge, feelings, hopes and dreams surrounding the themes nature and technology.

The program includes a workshop with media artist and cultural organizer Alice Yuan Zhang (US), a talk by climate activist Selma de Montgomery (DK) and delicious homemade cake, cucumber sandwiches and tea.

The themes of the first SOFTER Sunday are technology, climate activism, community and perceptions of nature. These themes are are undeniably connected and relevant in a time where the technological development is both a part of the problem and the solution.
